Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026

1. About this policy

HighPaceGrowth (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides email-marketing services for residential home-service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit a form, contact us, request or receive our services, complete onboarding, or make a payment.

It also explains how we handle customer information that our clients provide for campaigns we manage on their behalf. Our clients remain responsible for their own customer relationships and privacy notices. This policy provides information about our practices; it does not replace a client service agreement or a client's own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Depending on your interaction with us, we collect:

Our Get Started form collects your name, business name, business email, phone number, and business type. Job title, website, and additional notes are optional. We store the submission in our website database and send its details through Brevo to our business inbox so we can respond. Submitting this form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Our client-intake page uses an embedded Tally form to collect onboarding responses and materials submitted through that form.

Please do not submit government identification numbers, complete payment-card numbers, or sensitive personal information through our inquiry or onboarding forms. Payment details should be entered through the payment service provided for that purpose.

Technical and service information

When your browser requests our website or an embedded service, the provider receives connection information needed to deliver that service, including your IP address. For website inquiries, our application uses a hashed identifier derived from the submitting IP address to limit repeated submissions and help prevent abuse. The inquiry database does not retain the raw IP address as part of that record; this does not describe or limit separate infrastructure-provider processing.

We also maintain submission timestamps, request identifiers, and email-notification delivery information to process inquiries, avoid duplicate messages, and resolve delivery problems.

For campaigns we manage, we may receive delivery, bounce, unsubscribe, and engagement reports from Brevo. Where enabled for the relevant campaign, engagement reporting may include whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. We use client-campaign reports to provide and evaluate the services requested by that client.

3. How we use information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

If we send promotional communications about our own services, we do so where permitted by applicable law and with any required consent. Marketing choices are described in Section 5.

4. Client-Provided Customer Information

Clients may provide customer names, email addresses, service information, preferences, and related records so we can deliver email-marketing services. We generally process this information on the applicable client's instructions for the purposes set out in our agreement, including list organization, segmentation, campaign delivery, automations, and reporting.

We do not use one client's customer list to promote HighPaceGrowth or another client's products or services. We do not sell or rent client customer lists.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of the information they provide and for having the notices, permissions, consents, or other legal authority required for its intended use. We may decline to use purchased, rented, scraped, automatically generated, or other third-party lists that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or platform requirements. These client responsibilities do not remove obligations that apply to HighPaceGrowth itself.

If you receive a campaign from one of our clients, that client's privacy notice also applies to its handling of your information. We may refer questions about information we hold solely on a client's behalf to that client or assist the client in responding, as described in Section 11.

5. Email communications and choices

HighPaceGrowth marketing emails. If we send promotional emails about our own services, you may unsubscribe using the link in the email or contact us at contact@highpacegrowth.com.

Service and administrative emails. We send messages needed to respond to inquiries, complete onboarding, obtain approvals, deliver services, administer accounts, send invoices, and communicate important service information. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop these non-promotional communications.

Campaigns sent for clients. We prepare or manage campaigns through client-owned Brevo accounts on the applicable client's behalf. Use the unsubscribe link in a campaign to stop that sender's marketing emails, or contact the client identified in the message. We assist clients with unsubscribe and suppression requirements within the services we manage. An unsubscribe from one sender does not automatically unsubscribe you from unrelated senders.

6. Payments and Stripe

We use Stripe for invoicing, payment processing, and subscriptions or recurring payments where agreed with the client. Information entered through Stripe's payment services is processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may receive the payer's name, business and billing contact information, invoice and payment status, transaction amounts and dates, and limited payment-method details. Our website systems do not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

For information about Stripe's practices, see Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe's policy is separate from this policy.

7. When we disclose information

We disclose information to service providers and contractors when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide requested services. These include:

Information provided to these parties depends on their role and the service being performed. Some providers also process information for their own purposes, such as legal compliance, security, or fraud prevention, as described in their own notices. We do not represent that every provider acts exclusively on our instructions for every use of information.

We may also disclose information:

We do not sell or rent personal information or client-provided customer lists.

8. Cookies, embedded services, and email tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Related technologies can help deliver online services, maintain settings, provide security, or measure interactions.

Our client-intake page loads an embedded Tally form and connects your browser to Tally. Stripe-hosted payment services may use cookies and similar technologies for payment functionality and security. These providers describe their processing in their own privacy notices. This policy does not represent that all embedded services or payment pages are cookie-free.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies or embedded content may prevent forms or payment services from working correctly. Browser cookie controls do not necessarily disable email tracking.

Where enabled for a campaign we manage, Brevo's email engagement reporting may use tracking images or tracked links to report opens and clicks. That reporting is distinct from website analytics and is used for the applicable client's campaign services. You may contact the sender with questions about a particular campaign or use its unsubscribe link to stop future marketing messages.

9. How long we retain information

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on the information involved, the reason for collecting it, the duration of the client relationship, service and contractual requirements, and applicable legal obligations.

We may retain records needed for tax, accounting, transaction documentation, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or the enforcement or defense of legal rights. Limited suppression records may be retained to honor marketing opt-outs.

Client customer information is handled in accordance with our agreements, lawful client instructions, and applicable requirements. Ending our services does not automatically delete records in a client-owned Brevo account. When information under our control is no longer needed, we take appropriate steps to delete it or otherwise dispose of it securely, subject to applicable requirements and backup processes.

10. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, and disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Privacy requests and rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; information about its use or disclosure; withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent; or an appeal of a decision about a privacy request. Other rights may apply under applicable law.

Send privacy questions or requests to contact@highpacegrowth.com. We may need to verify your identity and, where relevant, your authority to act for someone else. Please do not send sensitive identification documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate process.

We respond as required by applicable law. We may retain information or decline a request where permitted or required by law, including for necessary recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by applicable law.

Where we hold information solely for a client, we may direct your request to that client or assist the client in responding. We do not independently alter or delete client records without appropriate authority, except where required by law.

12. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact contact@highpacegrowth.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.

13. Third-party websites and services

Our website and communications may link to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, which we encourage you to review. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent privacy practices. This does not limit responsibilities that applicable law places on us for our own selection or use of service providers.

14. International visitors

HighPaceGrowth is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply; this policy does not itself obtain consent to a transfer or replace any required safeguards.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date at the top. We will provide additional notice where required by law or where appropriate for a material change.
